What happens next

  1. Watch for your balance invoice

    You’ll receive a separate invoice for the remaining balance ($3,700), reflecting the early-bird or regular rate based on your registration date. The balance is due by December 1, 2026.

  2. Complete your registration details

    We’ll email you a secure intake form to collect the information the expedition needs — passport name, emergency contact, dietary needs, rooming, and travel documents. Please complete it promptly so we can plan your logistics.

  3. Join the pre-expedition virtual sessions

    The live online educational series begins in Fall 2026. You’ll receive the schedule and Zoom details once dates are confirmed. Sessions are recorded for anyone who can’t attend live.

Please arrange travel and medical insurance. Travel and medical insurance that covers helicopter evacuation and medical expenses up to 6,000 m is required for this expedition. We strongly recommend a policy that also includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
