Common questions

Quick answers to the things most clinicians ask.

I attended a HAME activity but can't find it in my account.
Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used to register for the activity. If it's still not showing up, email us at support@hamedu.org with the name and date of the activity and we'll help you find it.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign in," then "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a password reset email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out.
How long do I have to claim credit after an activity?
Each activity has its own credit-claiming window, typically displayed on the activity page in your dashboard. Live activities generally have shorter windows than enduring (on-demand) activities. Check the activity details to confirm.
My certificate has the wrong name or credentials on it.
Update your profile in your HAME account (name, credentials, and any other details), then reissue the certificate from the activity page. If you can't find the reissue option, email us and we'll help.
Are activities available in Spanish?
Many HAME activities are offered in English, Spanish, or both. The available languages are shown on each activity page. Bilingual delivery is part of how HAME operates.
Will HAME report my credits to my specialty board?
HAME reports completed CME credit to ACCME PARS as required for accredited providers. Reporting to specialty boards or state licensing boards is generally the clinician's responsibility, though some activities support direct reporting. Check the specific activity details for what's supported.
I'm a faculty member, not a learner. Where do I go?
Faculty disclosures and content workflows are handled separately. If you've been invited to serve as faculty for a HAME activity, look for the invitation email from us with sign-in instructions. If you need help finding it, email support@hamedu.org.
My organization is interested in partnering with HAME.
That's our For Organizations page. It explains joint providership, our approach, and how to start a conversation with us.
